Using a trauma-informed approach, I help you to feel safe, understood, and supported
while we work towards the changes that matter most to you.
I draw from evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
and Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to help you build skills, regulate
emotions, and create meaningful change.
